 Charles Macha, a native of Levelland, Texas, graduated from South Plains College and attended Texas Tech University. Charlie graduated from Reppert School of Auctioneering in Indiana and has 35 years of experience. In addition, he has farmed for 40 years, raised livestock, and served on numerous agricultural related Boards in the West Texas area. Charlie holds a Real Estate salesman license and is a Certified Equipment Appraiser. He is married to Judy Macha and they have 2 sons, 1 daughter, and 4 grandchildren.

 Jamie Burns, Lubbock, is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, grew up in a family of Auctioneers. As a business woman and a former Home Economics Teacher, Jamie is currently a professional resume writer and involved with TJ's Totes. Jamie is responsible for all clerking, advertising, mailing list, and office procedures. She has attended numerous additional continued education classes regarding technology and Postal Service training. Jamie has 1 daughter and 2 sons.

A native of Sweetwater, Texas, as Vocational Director with SISD, James is currently a Real estate Broker with the State of Texas and a Certified Equipment Appraiser. James holds a Master's Degree from East Texas State University and has 1 son, 1 daughter, and 2 grandsons.

 David Hutcheson, a native of Wolfforth, Texas, is a licensed Auctioneer, Ringman, Ticket Writer, Certified Farm Equipment Appraiser, and he assists with clerking. David attended South Plains College and Texas Tech University. David has spent a lifetime involved with Farming, Livestock, and numerous Community activities. He is married to Judi, and they have 2 sons.

 Lance Smith, from the Morton community, attended Missouri School of Auctioneers in Kansas City. Lance is a Certified Equipment Appraiser and Certified State Real Estate Appraiser. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master's Degree. Lance currently teaches Real Estate classes at South Plains College and is involved with Farming and Livestock. He is married to Denise, and they have 2 girls and 1 boy.

 Terry Dunlap joins the Quality Team from the Idalou community. A graduate of South Plains College, Terry attended Auctioneering school at Kenneth Gregg Auctioneering School. He has been involved with Farming, Livestock, Car Auctions, and Farm Equipment Auctions. He is an active Team Roper and married to Cheryl. They have 1 son and 1 daughter.
